About this blog

My name is Steve, I live in the north of England in the United Kingdom. I am married living with my wife and two dogs. At my heart I am a performer. I am a keen musician and actor. My day job is in Christian education as the head of a department at a small independent Christian school. Being in such a position means that I am almost obligated to think philosophically about what education is and what it means to raise children in the ways of God. This has pushed me into reading alot of philosophy. My degree in in communication arts with a specialism in drama. Philosophy plays a significant part in shaping the arts so my specialism is wholly tied in with it.

This blog is a place to write down my thoughts about everything to do with my salvation in Christ and how I view the world. It is a place where I will focus primarily on the interaction between every day life and my faith. I am a Christian first and foremost and I aim to work out what that means on a daily basis. You’ll be able to touch some of that too as I write down my thoughts.
